We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join a small, dynamic recruitment agency based in the West End. You will be responsible for running your own permanent desk, developing new business through proactive sales activity and placing candidates in permanent roles with existing and new clients. You will be expected to reach monthly targets and develop a sales growth strategy for your desk. You will initiate and attend client visits as part of the role and ensure that best practice is followed at all times.

You will be degree educated or equivalent, with a solid background in Recruitment or HR and must have excellent communication skills, as well as a positive, friendly attitude. You will be expected to make cold calls as well as develop your own contact and leads. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a key player within the organisation!
